Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer katalysatorbeschichteten Membran (25) für eine elektrochemische Zelle (25) vorgeschlagen. In dem Verfahren wird zunächst in einem Schritt (S1) ein pulverförmiges sulfoniertes fluorfreies Polymer (1) bereitgestellt. In einem weiteren Schritt (S2) des Verfahrens, wird das sulfonierte fluorfreie Polymer (1) in einem wasserfreien Lösungsmittel (3) zu einem Plastisol (5) dispergiert. Danach wird in einem Schritt (S3) ein Katalysatormaterial (7) mit dem Plastisol (5) zu einer Katalysatorpaste (9) vermischt. Die Katalysatorpaste (9) wird danach in einem Schritt (S4) auf ein Membransubstrat (11) aufgetragen.[English]

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une membrane revêtue de catalyseur (25) pour une cellule électrochimique (25).
