Abstract[English]
The invention relates to combinations of Alzheimer disease risk loci, more in particular short genetic variant loci (SGVs). Combinations of such SGVs were identified that are significantly and synergistically pathogenic. Applications of these combinations, such as diagnostic applications, are included as well.[French]
