The invention relates to a battery assembly (1) comprising at least one battery module (2), a frame structure (3) and a cooling device (5), wherein the battery module (2) comprises at least one battery cell and the battery module (2) and the cooling device (5) are fastened to the frame structure (3), and wherein a structural adhesive (4a) is disposed between the battery module (2) and the frame structure (3) for fastening the battery module (2) to the frame structure (3) and wherein a structural adhesive (4b) is disposed between the cooling device (5) and the frame structure (3) for fastening the cooling device (5) to the frame structure (3).
