Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a method for treating lignocellulosic biomass with • b) a step of acidic or neutral pretreatment of the biomass in order to produce an acidic or neutral pretreated biomass, alternately with • b1) a step of basic pretreatment of the biomass previously placed under acidic, neutral or basic conditions, to produce a basic pretreated biomass, then • c) a step of enzymatic hydrolysis of the acidic pretreated biomass and/or of the basic pretreated biomass in order to obtain a hydrolysed biomass, • d) a step of solid/liquid separation of the hydrolysed biomass resulting from step c) in the form of sugar(s) or a step of solid/liquid separation of the hydrolyzed biomass in the form of sugar(s) resulting from step c) and then treated in steps subsequent to step c) of enzymatic hydrolysis, in order to obtain a separated liquor and an unconverted solid residue, • e) a step of recycling the solid residue to the basic pretreatment step b').[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de biomasse lignocellulosique avec • b) une étape de prétraitement acide ou neutre de la biomasse pour produire une biomasse prétraitée acide ou neutre, en alternance avec • b1) une étape de prétraitement basique de la biomasse préalablement mise dans des conditions acide, neutre ou basique pour produire une biomasse prétraitée basique, puis • c) une étape d'hydrolyse enzymatique de la biomasse prétraitée acide ou et/ou de la biomasse prétraitée basique pour obtenir une biomasse hydrolysée • d) une étape de séparation solide/liquide de la biomasse hydrolysée issue de l'étape c) sous forme de sucre(s) ou une étape de séparation solide/liquide de de la biomasse hydrolysée sous forme de sucre(s) issue de l'étape c) puis traitée dans des étapes postérieures à l'étape c) d'hydrolyse enzymatique, afin d'obtenir un jus séparé et un résidu solide non converti, • e) une étape de recyclage du résidu solide vers l'étape b') de prétraitement basique.
