The invention relates to a device and a method for the hybrid-dynamic representation of an infrastructure element at a location (2). The method comprises the steps of: A) using a camera to generate a first data set representing a panoramic view image (4) of the infrastructure element (1) at a location (2) within the infrastructure element (1); B) generating a second data set representing an image of a CAD panoramic view which comprises CAD data of the infrastructure element (1) representing surfaces of the infrastructure element (1) visible from the location (2); C) aligning the first and second data sets in an identical orientation; and D) displaying the aligned data sets on a display device.[French]
