Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a processing method for reducing channels of a stereophonic signal to obtain a monophonic signal, comprising selection (305), for one stereophonic signal frame, between: - a first channel-reducing processing mode (T1) comprising filtering with re-phasing on each of the channels of the stereophonic signal according to an angle defined by half the determined phase difference (303, 304) between the two channels of the stereophonic signal, and a second channel-reducing processing mode (T2) comprising filtering with re-phasing on a single one of the channels of the stereophonic signal according to an angle defined by the determined phase difference (303, 304) between the two channels of the stereophonic signal, selection of the first processing mode, and of the second processing mode, respectively, being dependent on the value of a phase indicator determined per frame (302). Traitement optimisé de réduction de canaux d'un signal audio stéréophonique L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de traitement de réduction de canaux d'un signal stéréophonique pour obtenir un signal monophonique, comportant une sélection (305) pour une trame de signal stéréophonique, entre : - un premier mode de traitement de réduction de canaux (Tl) comportant un filtrage avec remise en phase sur chacun des canaux du signal stéréophonique selon un angle défini par la moitié de la différence de phase déterminée (303, 304) entre les deux canaux du signal stéréophonique, et un deuxième mode de traitement de réduction de canaux (T2) comportant un filtrage avec remise en phase sur un seul des canaux du signal stéréophonique selon un angle défini par la différence de phase déterminée (303, 304) entre les deux canaux du signal stéréophonique, la sélection du premier mode de traitement, respectivement du deuxième mode de traitement, étant fonction de la valeur d'un indicateur de phase déterminé par trame (302).
