Abstract[English]
According to a first aspect, the present invention relates to a method and a device for producing aromatic compounds, wherein the raffinate (16) from an aromatics extraction unit (14) is sent to a dedicated catalytic reforming unit (17) to produce a reformate effluent (18) which is treated consecutively by: a recontacting section (4) for separating hydrogen (5); a stabilising section (7) for separating C1-C2 hydrocarbon compounds (8) and C3-C4 or C3-C5 hydrocarbon compounds (9); and a reformate separation column (11) for separating a C6-C8 fraction (12) and a C8+ fraction (13), the C6-C8 fraction (12) being sent to the aromatics extraction unit (14). The present invention also relates to a method for modifying an existing device for producing aromatic compounds, comprising implementing the method according to the first aspect in the existing device.[French]
Selon un premier aspect, la présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de production de composés aromatiques, dans lesquels le raffinât (16) d'une unité d'extraction des aromatiques (14) est envoyé dans une unité de reformage catalytique dédiée (17) pour produire un effluent de reformat (18) qui est successivement traité par : une section de recontactage (4) pour séparer de l'hydrogène (5); une section de stabilisation (7) pour séparer des composés hydrocarbonés en C1-C2 (8) et des composés hydrocarbonés en C3-C4 ou C3-C5 (9); et une colonne de séparation de reformat (11) pour séparer une fraction en C6-C8 (12) et une fraction en C8+ (13), la fraction en C6-C8 (12) étant envoyée dans l'unité d'extraction des aromatiques (14). La présente invention concerne également un procédé de modification d'un dispositif existant de production de composés aromatiques, comprenant d'installer le procédé selon le premier aspect dans le dispositif existant.
