Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wicklung mit Hairpins für eine elektrische Komponente einer elektrischen Maschine mit zumindest einer Phase, einer Lochzahl von mindestens drei und zwei oder drei parallel geschalteten Spulensträngen pro Spule und Phase. Die Wicklung erstreckt sich über eine erste äußere Lage mehrere mittlere Lagen, und eine zweite äußere Lage mit einer wechselnden Wickelrichtung. Der Wechsel der Wickelrichtung erfolgt in einem Rücksprungbereich (4) über jeweils einen als Rücksprung-Hairpin bezeichneten Hairpin pro Spulenstrang in einer der äußeren Lagen auf einer Kopfseite (1) der Wicklung. Wenigstens zwei der Rücksprung-Hairpins 5 weisen einen Wickelschritt auf, der von einem Standard-Wickelschritt sWS abweicht.[English]
The invention relates to a winding with hairpins for an electric component of an electric machine with at least one phase, a number of holes of at least three, and two or three coil strands connected in parallel per coil and phase. The winding extends over a first outer layer, several middle layers and a second outer layer with a changing winding direction.
