Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wicklung (1) mit Hairpins (300) und Coverpins (600) für eine elektrische Komponente, die sich über eine äußere Lage La, eine innere Lage Li und mehrere mittlere Lagen Lm, einen zylinderförmigen Umfang der Wicklung (1) bildend, erstreckt. Die Hairpins (300) sind in den mittleren Lagen Lm angeordnet, wobei bei pro Spulenstrang wenigstens ein Hairpin (300) vorhanden ist, bei dem der Abstand seiner beiden Leiterelemente eine von einer Standard-Schrittweite abweichenden, größere Schrittweite entspricht. Die mittleren Lagen Lm werden von Coverpins (600) überspannt, deren beiden Leiterelemente zum einen in der äußeren Lage La und zum anderen in der inneren Lage Li angeordnet sind.[English]
The invention relates to a winding (1) with hairpins (300) and cover pins (600) for an electric component which extends over an outer layer La, an inner layer Li and several middle layers Lm, forming a cylindrical circumference of the winding (1). The hairpins (300) are arranged in the middle layers Lm, wherein for each coil strand at least one hairpin (300) is provided, the spacing of the two conductor elements of which corresponds to a larger step that deviates from a standard step width. L'invention concerne un enroulement (1) doté d'épingles à cheveux (300) et de broches de recouvrement (600) pour un composant électrique qui s'étend sur une couche externe La, une couche interne Li et plusieurs couches intermédiaires Lm, formant une circonférence cylindrique de l'enroulement (1). Les épingles à cheveux (300) sont placées dans les couches intermédiaires Lm, au moins une épingle à cheveux (300) étant prévue pour chaque toron de bobine, l'espacement des deux éléments conducteurs de ladite épingle correspondant à un pas plus grand qui diffère d'une largeur de pas standard.
