Abstract[German] Verfahren zur Herstellung von Eisen- und Aluminiumchlorid, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man i) eine Klärschlammasche enthaltend wenigstens eine Eisen- und Aluminiumverbindung mit wenigstens einem Alkalichlorid und/oder wenigstens einem Erdalkalichlorid bei einer Temperatur von 200 bis 1100°C in einer Inertgasatmosphäre umsetzt und ii) das gebildete Eisenchlorid und Aluminiumchlorid im Abgasstrom ableitet und isoliert.[English] The invention relates to a method for producing iron chloride and aluminum chloride, characterized in that i) a sewage sludge ash containing at least one iron and aluminum compound is reacted with at least one alkali metal chloride and/or at least one alkaline-earth metal chloride at a temperature of 200 to 1100°C in an inert gas atmosphere, and ii) the iron chloride and aluminum chloride formed is led away in the exhaust gas stream and isolated.[French] L'invention concerne un procédé de production de chlorure de fer et de chlorure d'aluminium, caractérisé en ce que i) l’on fait réagir des cendres de boues d'épuration contenant au moins un composé de fer et d'aluminium avec au moins un chlorure alcalin et/ou au moins un chlorure alcalino-terreux à une température comprise entre 200 et 1 100 °C sous une atmosphère de gaz inerte et ii) l’on dérive et isole le chlorure de fer et le chlorure d'aluminium formés dans le flux de gaz de combustion.
