Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a lignocellulosic biomass treatment: - a) a pretreatment step (2), in order to obtain a pretreated biomass (3), - b) a first step of solid/liquid separation (3a) of the pretreated biomass (3) obtained in step a) to give a first solid fraction (7) of pretreated biomass and a first liquid fraction (6) comprising a mixture of compounds comprising C5 sugars and C6 sugars, partly in monomeric form and partly in oligomeric form, - c) a first step of enzymatic hydrolysis (14) of the first solid fraction (7) of pretreated biomass obtained in step b), in order to obtain a hydrolysate (15) in the form of sugar(s), - d) a step (24) of treating said first liquid fraction (6) obtained in step b) by hydrolysis, so as to obtain a treated fraction (26) which is enriched in C5 sugars in monomeric form and/or in C6 sugars in monomeric form.[French]
L'invention concerne un traitement de biomasse lignocellulosique : - a) une étape de prétraitement (2), pour obtenir une biomasse prétraitée (3) - b) une première étape de séparation solide/liquide (3a) de la biomasse prétraitée (3) obtenue à l'étape a) en une première fraction solide (7) de biomasse prétraitée et une première fraction liquide (6) comprenant un mélange de composés comprenant des sucres C5 et des sucres C6, pour partie sous forme monomérique et pour partie sous forme oligomérique - c) une première étape d'hydrolyse enzymatique (14) de la première fraction solide (7) de biomasse prétraitée obtenue à l'étape b), pour obtenir un hydrolysat (15) sous forme de sucre(s) - d) une étape de traitement (24) de ladite première fraction liquide (6) obtenue à l'étape b) par hydrolyse, afin d'obtenir une fraction traitée (26) enrichie en sucres C5 sous forme monomérique et/ou en sucres C6 sous forme monomérique.
