Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a test stand (1) for evaluating a material to be used in a battery under conditions which may occur during a thermal runaway, the test stand (1) comprising a honeycomb housing (10) with a hexagonal housing base (11), wherein in an inner space (15) of the housing (10) at least one activatable initiation cell (31) and a plurality of cylindrical battery cells (32, 33, 34, 35, 36) are arranged, the material to be evaluated being arranged in the inner space (15) or on the housing (10), the initiation cell (31) and the battery cells (32, 33, 34, 35, 36) being arranged in a honeycomb pattern in which a cell (30) which does not lie at the border of the honeycomb pattern has in each case six neighbouring cells which lie on the corners of an equilateral hexagon with a side length which corresponds to a distance A between cell (30) and neighbouring cell. L'invention concerne un banc d'essai (1) permettant d'évaluer un matériau à utiliser dans une batterie dans des conditions qui peuvent se produire pendant un emballement thermique, le banc d'essai (1) comprenant un boîtier en nid d'abeilles (10) avec une base de boîtier hexagonale (11), dans lequel, dans un espace intérieur (15) du boîtier (10), au moins une cellule d'initiation activable (31) et une pluralité de cellules de batterie cylindriques (32, 33, 34, 35, 36) sont agencés, le matériau à évaluer étant disposé dans l'espace interne (15) ou sur le boîtier (10), la cellule d'initiation (31) et les cellules de batterie (32, 33, 34, 35, 36) étant agencées selon un motif en nid d'abeilles dans lequel une cellule (30) qui ne se trouve pas au niveau de la bordure du motif en nid d'abeilles possède dans chaque cas six cellules voisines qui se trouvent sur les coins d'un hexagone équilatéral avec une longueur latérale qui correspond à une distance A entre une cellule (30) et la cellule voisine. L'invention concerne également un procédé de test utilisant le banc d'essai (1).
