The present invention relates to the field of agriculture, even more particularly to the field of increasing the root length and root biomass of plants including also hairy root biomass. The present invention provides chimeric genes and constructs which can be used to increase the root size of crops, to increase the yield of crops and to increase the biomass of hairy roots.[French]
La présente invention concerne le domaine de l'agriculture, a trait plus particulièrement à l'augmentation de la longueur des racines et de la biomasse racinaire de plantes comprenant également la biomasse des radicelles. La présente invention concerne des gènes chimériques et des constructions qui peuvent être utilisés pour augmenter la taille des racines de plantes cultivées, pour augmenter le rendement des cultures et pour augmenter la biomasse des radicelles.
