Die Steuervorrichtung (1) ist ausgestaltet ist, um Entropieverläufe einer Pseudoentropie oder einer Pseudoentropieänderung der zumindest einen Batteriezelle (2) in Abhängigkeit von einem Ladezustand der zumindest einen Batteriezelle (2) in mehreren Alterungszuständen zu bestimmen und zu sammeln (S1), wobei die Pseudoentropie eine Größe ist, die ein Verhältnis einer Spannungsänderung zu einer Temperaturänderung der zumindest einen Batteriezelle und/oder einen Gradienten eines Spannungsverlaufs der zumindest einen Batteriezelle in Abhängigkeit von einer Temperatur der zumindest einen Batteriezelle umfasst.
