Abstract[English]
The invention provides a nutritional composition comprising a recombinant polypeptide that has a nutritionally complete amino acid profile suitable for daily human consumption for general nutrition and specialized nutrition. The invention further provides a recombinant polypeptide and variants and truncates thereof which are suitable to provide a nutritionally complete amino acid profile when provided in a nutritional composition. The invention also provides polynucleo- tides encoding the recombinant polypeptides, nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the polynucleotides, and methods of producing said recombinant polypeptides.[French]
