Die Erfindung betrifft eine Beschichtungsvorrichtung zum Beschichten eines Substrats mit einer Beschichtungssuspension für die Abgasnachbehandlung aufweisend: - eine erste Einheit zur Aufnahme und Arretierung des Substrats in einer vertikalen Ausrichtung; - eine zweite Einheit unter der ersten Einheit, die mit letzterer gasdicht verbunden ist und einen Auslass aufweist, - eine dritte Einheit zur Bereitstellung eines Unterdrucks, die zumindest die zweite Einheit gasdicht umfasst, wobei die zweite Einheit so ausgestaltet ist, dass ein durch die dritte Einheit bereitgestellter Unterdruck nur durch einen geöffneten Auslass an das Substrat weitergegeben werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließen und Öffnen des Auslasses durch mindestens ein Kolbenventil erfolgt.[English]

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'application de revêtement conçu pour revêtir un substrat d'une suspension de revêtement pour le traitement ultérieur des gaz d'échappement, comprenant : une première unité pour recevoir et bloquer le substrat dans une orientation verticale ; une deuxième unité située sous la première unité, qui est reliée à cette dernière de manière étanche au gaz et qui présente une sortie, une troisième unité pour créer une dépression, qui entoure au moins la deuxième unité de manière étanche au gaz, la deuxième unité étant conçue de sorte qu'une dépression créée par la troisième unité puisse être appliquée au substrat uniquement par une sortie ouverte, caractérisée en ce que la fermeture et l'ouverture de la sortie soient effectuées par au moins une soupape à piston.
