Abstract[English]
There is provided a process for hydrotreating a liquid oil stream in a continuous operation in a fixed bed reactor; wherein the liquid stream is a thermochemical decomposition oil stream, and contains polymerisable reactive compounds; wherein the fixed bed reactor comprises at least a first reactor bed containing a first hydrotreatment catalyst and a second reactor bed containing a second hydrotreatment catalyst; the process comprising the steps of: (i) in a first operation period, passing at least 50 vol.% of the liquid oil stream through the first reactor bed and subsequently through the second reactor bed; (ii) in a second operation period, on determination of deposition of material formed from the polymerisable reactive compounds on the first reactor bed, passing a reduced proportion of the liquid oil stream through the first reactor bed, and passing an increased proportion of the liquid oil stream through the second reactor bed having not passed through the first reactor bed.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé d'hydroraffinage d'un courant d'huile liquide dans une opération continue dans un réacteur à lit fixe ; le courant de liquide étant un courant d'huile de décomposition thermochimique, et contenant des composés réactifs polymérisables ; le réacteur à lit fixe comprenant au moins un premier lit de réacteur contenant un premier catalyseur d'hydroraffinage et un second lit de réacteur contenant un second catalyseur d'hydroraffinage ; le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : (i) dans une première période de fonctionnement, le passage d'au moins 50 % en volume du courant d'huile liquide à travers le premier lit de réacteur et ensuite à travers le second lit de réacteur ; (ii) dans une seconde période de fonctionnement, lors de la détermination du dépôt de matériau formé à partir des composés réactifs polymérisables sur le premier lit de réacteur, le passage d'une proportion réduite du courant d'huile liquide à travers le premier lit de réacteur, et le passage d'une proportion accrue du courant d'huile liquide à travers le second lit de réacteur n'ayant pas traversé le premier lit de réacteur.
