The invention regards to Extraction steam turbine (1), comprising a grid valve (2) for controlling a steam throughput, wherein the grid valve (2) is mounted behind an extraction zone (3) which is located between a high-pressure stage (4) and a low-pressure stage (5), wherein the high-pressure stage (4) is fixed at a first guide blade carriers (6) and the low-pressure stage (5) is fixed at a second guide blade carriers (7) wherein the grid valve (2) consists of a rotatable disk (8) and a stationary disk (9) and is fixed at the second guide blade carrier (7) wherein the rotatable disk (8) and the stationary disk (9) have several inner pockets (10) which are distribute on an inner circular (11) and which can be brought, by rotating the rotatable disk (8), to overlap and builds first openings (12) which guide the steam into rotor blades (13) which are next downstream the grid valve (2) The rotatable disk (8) and the stationary disk (9) have several outer pockets (14) which are distribute on an outer circular (15) and which can be brought, by rotating the rotatable disk (8), to overlap and builds second openings (16) which guide the steam through third openings (17) which are create with the same patter as the pockets (14) in the grid valve (2), on the outer circular (15,) whereby the third openings (17) are part of an cannel (18) in the second guide blade carrier (7), bypassing the rotor blades (13) which are next downstream the grid valve (2).[French]
L'invention concerne une turbine à vapeur d'extraction (1), comprenant une soupape à grille (2) pour commander un débit de vapeur, la soupape à grille (2) étant montée derrière une zone d'extraction (3) qui est située entre un étage haute pression (4) et un étage basse pression (5), l'étage haute pression (4) étant fixé au niveau d'un premier support de pale de guidage (6) et l'étage basse pression (5) étant fixé au niveau d'un second support de pale de guidage (7), la soupape à grille (2) étant constituée d'un disque rotatif (8) et d'un disque stationnaire (9) et étant fixée au niveau du second support de pale de guidage (7), le disque rotatif (8) et le disque stationnaire (9) ayant plusieurs poches internes (10) qui sont réparties sur un cercle interne (11) et qui peuvent être amenées, par rotation du disque rotatif (8), à se chevaucher et forment des premières ouvertures (12) qui guident la vapeur dans des pales de rotor (13) qui sont ensuite en aval de la soupape à grille (2). Le disque rotatif (8) et le disque stationnaire (9) ont plusieurs poches externes (14) qui sont réparties sur un cercle externe (15) et qui peuvent être amenées, par rotation du disque rotatif (8), à se chevaucher et forment des deuxièmes ouvertures (16) qui guident la vapeur à travers des troisièmes ouvertures (17) qui sont créées avec le même motif que les poches (14) dans la soupape à grille (2), sur le cercle externe (15), moyennant quoi les troisièmes ouvertures (17) font partie d'un canal (18) dans le second support de pale de guidage (7), contournant les pales de rotor (13) qui sont ensuite en aval de la soupape à grille (2).
