Abstract[English]
The invention relates to identification of regions within the synaptogyrin-3 RNA sequence that are targetable by oligonucleotide inhibitors such as siRNA molecules. The synaptogyrin-3 inhibitors disclosed herein are provided for use as a medicament in general, and for treating or inhibiting progression of tauopathies or symptoms of tauopathies in particular.[French]
L'invention concerne l'identification de régions à l'intérieur de la séquence d'ARN de synaptogyrine-3 qui peuvent être ciblées par des inhibiteurs d'oligonucléotides tels que des molécules d'ARNsi. Les inhibiteurs de synaptogyrine-3 de l'invention sont destinés à être utilisés en tant que médicament en général, et pour traiter ou inhiber la progression de tauopathies ou de symptômes de tauopathies en particulier.
