The invention relates to a measuring adapter (2) for an expansion tank (1) of a motor vehicle, the measuring adapter comprising: a fastening device by means of which the measuring adapter (2) can be fastened to the expansion tank (1); and at least one receptacle (17) for a measuring device by means of which the measuring device can be positioned relative to the expansion tank (1), as a result of which at least one measurement value characterising the contents of the expansion tank (1) can be recorded by means of the measuring device.[French]
