Bei einem Verfahren zur Ermittlung eines Grenzwertes eines zulässigen Wertebereichs eines während eines Betriebs einer Vorrichtung zu überwachenden Betriebsparameters der Vorrichtung, werden Referenz-Daten von einem spezifischen Betriebsparameter der Vorrichtung, der während eines Betriebs der Vorrichtung überwacht werden soll, bereit gestellt; weiterhin wird ein Grenzwertes eines während des Betriebs der Vorrichtung zulässigen Wertebereichs des spezifischen Betriebsparameters ermittelt, wobei eine für den spezifischen Betriebsparameter definierbare Verarbeitungsvorschrift ausgewählt wird. Weiterhin werden die Referenz-Daten gemäß der ausgewählten Verarbeitungsvorschrift verarbeitet und der eine Grenzwert als ein Ergebnis der Verarbeitung erhalten. Der Gestaltungsprozess der Verarbeitungsvorschrift wird durch eine Expertensoftware automatisiert durchgeführt, wobei als Trainingsdaten die Referenz-Daten der Vorrichtung und/oder die Referenz-Daten einer Flotte dieser Vorrichtung dienen. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein Verfahren zur Überwachung eines Betriebsparameters einer Vorrichtung und Einrichtungen, die dazu eingerichtet sind, jeweils solche Verfahren durchzuführen.[English]
