Abstract[English] The invention relates to methods of identifying a small molecule that promotes ASB (Ankyrin repeat and SOCS box protein) mediated degradation of a target protein, comprising the step of: - providing in vitro conditions allowing the binding of a small molecule and the protein target, and - determining whether binding of the small molecule to the target protein results in the binding of an ASB protein to the target protein, wherein a small molecule that results in the binding of an ASB protein to a target protein with the small molecule, is a candidate medicinal compound for conditions wherein a target protein is to be degraded.[French] L'invention concerne des méthodes d'identification d'une petite molécule qui favorise la dégradation médiée par ASB (répétition ankyrine et protéine de la boîte SOCS) d'une protéine cible, comprenant l'étape consistant à : - fournir des conditions in vitro permettant la liaison d'une petite molécule et de la cible protéique, et - déterminer si la liaison de la petite molécule à la protéine cible entraîne la liaison d'une protéine ASB à la protéine cible, une petite molécule qui conduit à la liaison d'une protéine ASB à une protéine cible avec la petite molécule, étant un composé médicinal candidat pour des conditions dans lesquelles une protéine cible doit être dégradée.
