Abstract[English]
The present disclosure describes an arc-shaped exercise handle apparatus that provides a more compact, easily adjustable, and comfortable alternative to traditional gym rings. The apparatus, shaped as a third of a classic gymnastics ring, comprises tunnels at each end through which a rope or strap is threaded and looped around webbing, attached to an anchor point. The webbing is equipped with G-hooks, facilitating easy length adjustment. The handle ends feature parallel flattened surfaces, enabling the apparatus to stand upright on a surface for certain exercises. Grooves running perpendicularly to the tunnels hold the portions of the rope that protrude from the openings, reducing friction against the user's arms.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne un système de poignée d'exercice en forme d'arc qui constitue une alternative plus compacte, facilement réglable et confortable aux anneaux de gymnastique classiques. Le système, dont la forme correspond à un tiers d'un anneau de gymnastique classique, comprend des tunnels à chaque extrémité à travers lesquels une corde ou une courroie est enfilée et enroulée autour d'une sangle, fixée à un point d'ancrage. La sangle est équipée de crochets en G, facilitant le réglage de la longueur. Les extrémités de la poignée présentent des surfaces aplaties parallèles, permettant au système de tenir debout sur une surface pour certains exercices. Des rainures s'étendant perpendiculairement aux tunnels retiennent les parties de la corde qui font saillie par les ouvertures, réduisant le frottement contre les bras de l'utilisateur.
