Abstract[English]
An annuloplasty device is disclosed comprising first and second support members having a coiled configuration and first and second free ends, the first support member comprises a first posterior bow and an anterior portion, the second support member comprises a second posterior bow, a separation distance between the first and second support members increases from a drop point to a levelling point along a drop path of the second support member, a midpoint axis extends in a radial direction between a midpoint of the anterior portion and a midpoint of the second posterior bow, a midpoint range of the second posterior bow is centered around the midpoint axis and is orthogonal to the central axis and corresponds to a 90 degree circle sector with a radius extending to the central axis, the levelling point is arranged within the midpoint range or between the midpoint range and the second free end.[French]
L’invention concerne un dispositif d'annuloplastie comprenant des premier et second éléments de support ayant une configuration enroulée et des première et seconde extrémités libres, le premier élément de support comprend un premier arc postérieur et une partie antérieure, le second élément de support comprend un second arc postérieur, une distance de séparation entre les premier et second éléments de support augmente d'un point de chute à un point de nivellement le long d'un trajet de chute du second élément de support, un axe de point médian s'étend dans une direction radiale entre un point médian de la partie antérieure et un point médian du second arc postérieur, une plage de point médian du second arc postérieur est centrée autour de l'axe de point médian et est orthogonale à l'axe central et correspond à un secteur de cercle de 90 degrés avec un rayon s'étendant vers l'axe central, le point de nivellement est disposé à l'intérieur de la plage de point médian ou entre la plage de point médian et la seconde extrémité libre.
