Die Erfindung betrifft ein computerimplementiertes Verfahren zum Ermitteln mindestens eines systematischen Fehlers bei der Klassifikation von Bildern in mindestens eine Bildkategorie durch einen Klassifizierungsalgorithmus, das Verfahren umfassend mindestens die Schritte: Bereitstellen (S2) einer Liste von Bildmerkmalen und jeweiligen Werteangaben zu jedem der Bildmerkmale; Anwenden (S3) von kombinatorischem Testen zum Ermitteln einer vorbestimmten Sequenz von Testfällen, die jeweils eine Subkombination der in der Liste umfassten Bildmerkmalen und/oder Werteangaben umfassen; Generieren (S4) mindestens einer Bilddatei durch einen Text-In-Bildgenerierungsalgorithmus, die ein der vorbestimmten Bildkategorie zugeordnetes synthetisches Bild mit dem mindestens einen Bildmerkmal und der mindestens einen Werteangabe umfasst; Klassifizieren (S5) des generierten, synthetischen Bildes durch den Klassifizierungsalgorithmus in mindestens eine der Vielzahl von Bildkategorien; und Ermitteln (S6) des Fehlklassifikationswertes durch Abgleichen der durch den Klassifizierungsalgorithmus klassifizieren Bildkategorie mit der vorbestimmten Bildkategorie.[English]
The invention relates to a computer-implemented method for determining at least one systematic error when classifying images into at least one image category by way of a classification algorithm, the method at least comprising the following steps: providing (S2) a list of image features and respective pieces of value information for each of the image features; applying (S3) combinatorial testing to determine a predetermined sequence of test cases which each comprise a sub-combination of the image features and/or pieces of value information comprised by the list; generating (S4) at least one image file by a text-in-image generation algorithm, the image file comprising a synthetic image which is assigned to the predetermined image category and has the at least one image feature and the at least one piece of value information; classifying (S5) the generated, synthetic image by way of the classification algorithm into at least one of the multiplicity of image categories; and determining (S6) the incorrect classification value by comparing the image category classified by the classification algorithm with the predetermined image category.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé mis en œuvre par ordinateur pour déterminer au moins une erreur systématique lors de la classification d'images dans au moins une catégorie d'image au moyen d'un algorithme de classification, le procédé comprenant au moins les étapes qui consistent à : fournir (S2) une liste de caractéristiques d'image et d'éléments respectifs d'informations de valeur pour chacune des caractéristiques d'image ; appliquer (S3) un test combinatoire pour déterminer une séquence prédéterminée de cas de test qui comprennent chacun une sous-combinaison des caractéristiques d'image et/ou des éléments d'informations de valeur compris dans la liste ; générer (S4) au moins un fichier d'image par un algorithme de génération de texte dans l'image, le fichier d'image comprenant une image synthétique qui est attribuée à la catégorie d'image prédéterminée et a la ou les caractéristiques d'image et le ou les éléments d'informations de valeur ; classifier (S5) l'image synthétique générée au moyen de l'algorithme de classification dans au moins l'une de la multiplicité de catégories d'image ; et déterminer (S6) la valeur de classification incorrecte par comparaison de la catégorie d'image classée par l'algorithme de classification avec la catégorie d'image prédéterminée.
