Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Bearbeiten von Halbzeugen, bei welchem wenigstens ein erstes der Halbzeuge wenigstens einem jeweiligen Bearbeitungsvorgang unterzogen wird, bei welchem das erste Halbzeug bearbeitet wird (Schritt S1). Das erste Halbzeug wird einer Vorbewertung unterzogen, welche vor dem Bearbeitungsvorgang durchgeführt wird, wobei bei der Vorbewertung für das erste Halbzeug wenigstens ein erster Eigenschaftswert ermittelt wird, welcher wenigstens eine Halbzeugeigenschaft des ersten Halbzeugs charakterisiert (Schritt S2). Das erste Halbzeug wird einer Nachbewertung unterzogen, welche nach dem Bearbeitungsvorgang durchgeführt wird, wobei bei der Nachbewertung für das bearbeitete, erste Halbzeug wenigstens ein zweiter Eigenschaftswert ermittelt wird, welcher wenigstens eine Bearbeitungseigenschaft des bearbeiteten, ersten Halbzeugs charakterisiert (Schritt S3). Für wenigstens ein zweites der Halbzeuge wird wenigstens ein dritter Eigenschaftswert ermittelt wird, welcher die wenigstens eine Halbzeugeigenschaft des zweiten Halbzeugs charakterisiert (Schritt S4).[English]
The invention relates to a method for processing semifinished products.
