Abstract[English] The invention relates to a method for particle detection in liquid medium, wherein an excitation light is applied to the liquid medium, the excitation liquid generating a respective bubble around one or more particles. An ultrasonic wave is used in order to expand the size of the bubbles. The bubbles are then detected. The invention relates further to a corresponding apparatus.[French] L'invention concerne un procédé de détection de particules dans un milieu liquide, une lumière d'excitation étant appliquée au milieu liquide, le liquide d'excitation générant une bulle respective autour d'une ou de plusieurs particules.
