The invention relates to a microfluidic apparatus (10) having a diffusion chamber (30) into which multiple feeds (41-43) open, wherein at least one first feed (41) opens into the diffusion chamber (30) below at least one second feed (42), and at least one third feed (43) opens into the diffusion chamber (30) above the second feed (42).
