Abstract[English]
The present application discloses a battery pack assembly for a vehicle and a vehicle. The battery pack assembly includes: a battery pack body; a cooling assembly including a housing and at least two connection pipes which extend from an interior of the housing; a connection assembly including a flange arranged on the housing; the flange being provided with at least two mounting holes which match the at least two connection pipes and a spacing portion located between the adjacent mounting holes; the inner surface of the side wall of each mounting hole being provided with at least one rib which protrudes radially inwardly and extends circumferentially, and the rib having a clamping section which corresponds to the spacing portion; and a sealing sleeve, the sealing sleeve being mounted on the rib and including a sealing portion located between the flange and the housing to seal a gap between the flange and the housing. The flange is assembled with the housing, and the spacing portion is bent toward the housing, so that the clamping section and the spacing portion are in sealing contact at least with the corresponding portion of the sealing sleeve. The connecting assembly of the battery pack assembly according to the present application has good sealing performance.[French]
La présente invention concerne un ensemble bloc-batterie pour un véhicule et un véhicule. L'ensemble bloc-batterie comprend : un corps de bloc-batterie ; un ensemble de refroidissement comprenant un boîtier et au moins deux tuyaux de raccordement qui s'étendent à partir d'un intérieur du boîtier ; un ensemble de connexion comprenant une bride disposée sur le boîtier ; la bride étant pourvue d'au moins deux trous de montage qui correspondent aux au moins deux tuyaux de raccordement et une partie d'espacement située entre les trous de montage adjacents ; la surface interne de la paroi latérale de chaque trou de montage étant pourvue d'au moins une nervure qui fait saillie radialement vers l'intérieur et s'étend de manière circonférentielle, et la nervure ayant une section de serrage qui correspond à la partie d'espacement ; et un manchon d'étanchéité, le manchon d'étanchéité étant monté sur la nervure et comprenant une partie d'étanchéité située entre la bride et le boîtier pour sceller un espace entre la bride et le boîtier. La bride est assemblée avec le boîtier, et la partie d'espacement est courbée vers le boîtier, de telle sorte que la section de serrage et la partie d'espacement sont en contact d'étanchéité au moins avec la partie correspondante du manchon d'étanchéité. L'ensemble de connexion de l'ensemble bloc-batterie selon la présente invention présente de bonnes performances d'étanchéité.
