Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a method for thermolytic fragmentation of a sugar into C1-C3 oxygenates, comprising separating solids from the fragmentation product, wherein the temperature of the fragmentation product at an outlet of the reactor is at least 250°C, and wherein the water content is at least 40 vol.%, based on all gas phase constituents. The present invention also relates to a system for performing the thermolytic fragmentation of a sugar into C1-C3 oxygenates. The method and the system are suitable for industrial scale production.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fragmentation thermolytique d'un sucre en composés oxygénés en C1-C3, consistant à séparer les matières solides du produit de fragmentation, la température du produit de fragmentation au niveau d'une sortie du réacteur étant d'au moins 250 °C, et la teneur en eau étant d'au moins 40 % en volume, sur la base de tous les constituants en phase gazeuse. La présente invention concerne également un système pour effectuer la fragmentation thermolytique d'un sucre en composés oxygénés en C1-C3. Le procédé et le système sont conçus pour une production à l'échelle industrielle.
