Abstract[English] The present invention relates to a hydrogel-forming protein comprising at least three self-assembling aggregation domains and at least two hydrophilic non-self-assembling linker domains, wherein the self-assembling aggregation domains are covalently interconnected by the hydrophilic non-self-assembling linker domain, either directly or via a peptide linker, as well as a bioink comprising of the hydrogel-forming peptide of any one of the preceding claims for three-dimensional (3D) bio-fabrication.[French] La présente invention concerne une protéine formant un hydrogel comprenant au moins trois domaines d'agrégation auto-assemblés et au moins deux domaines de liaison hydrophiles non auto-assemblés, les domaines d'agrégation auto-assemblés étant interconnectés de manière covalente par le domaine de liaison hydrophile non auto-assemblé, soit directement, soit par l'intermédiaire d'un lieur peptidique, ainsi qu'une bioencre comprenant le peptide formant un hydrogel selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes pour la bio-fabrication tridimensionnelle (3D).
