Abstract[English]
The present application relates to a transmission structure. The transmission structure includes a rotatable core shaft and at least one rolling bearing sleeved on the core shaft, wherein the core shaft is provided with a hollow lubricating oil channel extending axially, one end of the lubricating oil channel serving as an oil inlet via which lubricating oil is injected, the core shaft being further provided with an oil discharging channel extending radially from an inner peripheral surface of the lubricating oil channel to an outer peripheral surface of the core shaft, and an oil discharging hole of the oil discharging channel formed on the outer peripheral surface of the core shaft facing the corresponding rolling bearing. Employment of the technical solution of the present application can ensure that good lubrication and heat dissipation are performed on a rolling bearing, particularly a needle bearing employed in an eAxle power assembly system of a vehicle, thereby elongating the service life of the bearing.[French]
La présente demande concerne une structure de transmission. La structure de transmission comprend un arbre central rotatif et au moins un palier à roulement emmanché sur l'arbre central, l'arbre central étant pourvu d'un canal d'huile lubrifiante creux s'étendant axialement, une extrémité du canal d'huile lubrifiante servant d'entrée d'huile par l'intermédiaire de laquelle de l'huile lubrifiante est injectée, l'arbre central étant en outre pourvu d'un canal d'évacuation d'huile s'étendant radialement d'une surface périphérique interne du canal d'huile lubrifiante à une surface périphérique externe de l'arbre central, et un trou d'évacuation d'huile du canal d'évacuation d'huile formé sur la surface périphérique externe de l'arbre central faisant face au palier à roulement correspondant. L'utilisation de la solution technique de la présente demande peut garantir qu'une bonne lubrification et une bonne dissipation de chaleur sont effectuées sur un palier à roulement, en particulier un roulement à aiguilles utilisé dans un système d'assemblage de puissance eAxle d'un véhicule, allongeant ainsi la durée de vie du palier.
