The present invention relates to a method and composition for prevention and treatment of infections in a subject, in particular with intracellular bacteria. The invention provides an optimized intracellular delivery of an active agent, in particular a nucleic acid, using a nanoparticle formulation including an iNKT cell agonist.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé et une composition pour la prévention et le traitement d'infections chez un sujet, en particulier par des bactéries intracellulaires.
