The present invention provides a process for producing fatty acid alkyl esters. The process comprises providing a substrate comprising triglycerides, diglycerides, monoglycerides, free fatty acids, or any combination thereof, and reacting the substrate with an enzyme composition comprising an sn-1,3 position lipase and an sn-2 position lipase to produce fatty acid alkyl esters.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'esters alkyliques d'acides gras. Le procédé comprend la fourniture d'un substrat comprenant des triglycérides, des diglycérides, des monoglycérides, des acides gras libres, ou n'importe quelle combinaison de ceux-ci, et la réaction du substrat avec une composition enzymatique comprenant une lipase en position sn-1,3 et une lipase en position sn-2 pour produire des esters alkyliques d'acides gras.
