Abstract[English]
A movable panel assembly for a side suction hood is provided, including a movable panel and an oil collecting groove mounted to a back side of the movable panel. The back side of the movable panel faces a smoke collecting area of the side suction hood, and the oil collecting groove has an open groove body to allow a fluid on the back side of the movable panel to flow into the oil collecting groove. At least one oil drain port is arranged on a bottom of the groove body. The oil drain port has an opening facing the inside of the groove body. A height of the opening in an open state of the movable panel assembly is greater than that in a closed state of the movable panel assembly, to allow the oil collecting groove to collect the fluid in the open state of the movable panel assembly.[French]
