P22-059 Br - 82 - 5 10 15 20 25 30 Abstract The present invention relates to a polyoxometalate compound with a polyoxometalate cluster comprising Group 5 elements, a formulation comprising said polyoxometalate compound and a method for preparing an optical metal oxide layer using said formulation and polyoxometalate compound. The obtained optical metal oxide layers are particularly suitable for applications in optical devices such as, for example, in augmented reality (AR) and/or virtual reality (VR) devices. La présente invention concerne un composé de polyoxométalate ayant un agrégat de polyoxométalate comprenant des éléments du groupe 5, une formulation comprenant ledit composé de polyoxométalate et un procédé de préparation d'une couche d'oxyde métallique optique à l'aide de ladite formulation et du composé de polyoxométalate.
