The present invention relates to an absolute positioning method for a vehicle, the method including: receiving global navigation satellite system (GNSS) data and deviation correction data; receiving wheel speed information and steering wheel angle information; and determining the absolute pose of the vehicle based on the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) data, the deviation correction data, the wheel speed information, and the steering wheel angle information.
