Abstract[English]
The present invention discloses a catalytically active composition comprising a crystalline aluminosilicate zeolite having the CHA framework type, wherein the zeolite has a SAR value of between 7 and 25, a copper content of between 3.0 and 4.5 wt.-%, a manganese content of 0.3 to 4.0 wt.-%, wherein copper and manganese are calculated as CuO and MnO and based on the total weight of the zeolite, and wherein the sum of the molar amounts of copper and manganese, divided by the molar amount of aluminum, is in the range of between 0.11 and 0.96. These catalyst substrate monoliths can be used in a process for the removal of nitrogen oxides from combustion exhaust gases, and they can be part of emissions treatment systems.[French]
La présente invention divulgue une composition catalytiquement active comprenant une zéolite d'aluminosilicate cristallin ayant le type de structure CHA, la zéolite ayant une valeur SAR comprise entre 7 et 25, une teneur en cuivre comprise entre 3,0 et 4,5 % en poids, une teneur en manganèse de 0,3 à 4,0 % en poids, le cuivre et le manganèse étant calculés en tant que CuO et MnO et basés sur le poids total de la zéolite, et la somme des quantités molaires de cuivre et de manganèse, divisée par la quantité molaire d'aluminium, se situant dans la plage comprise entre 0,11 et 0,96.
