The present invention relates to a method for reducing endotoxin levels or removing endotoxins from nucleic acids. For this a zwitterionic detergent selected from the group of amine oxides or mixtures thereof is added during anion exchange chromatographic purification of the nucleic acids using a membrane or monolith-based sorbent.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de réduction des taux d'endotoxine ou d'élimination d'endotoxines d'acides nucléiques. Un détergent zwitterionique choisi dans le groupe des oxydes d'amine ou des mélanges de ceux-ci est ajouté pendant la purification chromatographique par échange d'anions des acides nucléiques à l'aide d'une membrane ou d'un sorbant à base de monolithe.
