Abstract[English] A mixture is formed comprising an aqueous phase, a waxy phase, and an oily phase containing at least one hydrophobic compound, such as retinol, and a system of three surfactants, a hot emulsion of said mixture is thereafter formed, then a reduction in the size of the particles of said emulsion to substantially a submicron size is carried out, and finally according to a cooling is performed to form at room temperature a suspension of structured particles. An aqueous suspension of lipid particles structured substantially into a waxy shell and an oily core encapsulating the compound is obtained, having a satisfactory encapsulation rate and improved long-term stability, for use in particular in the cosmetics industry.[French] L'invention concerne la formation d'un mélange comprenant une phase aqueuse, une phase cireuse et une phase huileuse contenant au moins un composé hydrophobe, tel que le rétinol, et un système de trois tensioactifs, la formation d'une émulsion à chaud de ce mélange, la réduction de la granulométrie de cette émulsion jusqu'à une taille sensiblement submicronique, et enfin le refroidissement pour former à température ambiante une suspension de particules structurées. Une suspension aqueuse de particules lipidiques structurées sensiblement en une coquille cireuse et un noyau huileux encapsulant le composé est obtenue, avec un taux d'encapsulation satisfaisant et une stabilité à long terme améliorée, pour une utilisation en particulier dans l'industrie des produits cosmétiques.
