Abstract[English]
Provided are a lubricating device for a speed reducer, and a speed reducer. The lubricating device is mounted in a gearbox of the speed reducer to provide a lubricant to a reduction gear. The lubricating device includes: a storage tank for storing a lubricant, the bottom of the storage tank being provided with a through hole; a lubricant box associated with the storage tank at the bottom of the storage tank and in fluid communication with the storage tank by means of the through hole, the lubricant box having a distribution port for conveying the lubricant to the reduction gear; and an adjusting device arranged between the storage tank and the lubricant box, the adjusting device being configured to automatically adjust the amount of the lubricant supplied to the distribution port according to the amount of the lubricant present in the storage tank for adapting to different states of the speed reducer. By use of the lubricating device according to the present application, the lubricant can be adjusted according to different use situations and the amount of the lubricant in the lubricant storage tank.[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif de lubrification destiné à un réducteur de vitesse, et un réducteur de vitesse. Le dispositif de lubrification est monté dans une boîte de vitesses du réducteur de vitesse afin d'alimenter en lubrifiant un engrenage réducteur. Le dispositif de lubrification comprend : un réservoir de stockage permettant de stocker un lubrifiant, la partie inférieure du réservoir de stockage étant munie d'un trou traversant ; un lubrificateur associé au réservoir de stockage au niveau de la partie inférieure du réservoir de stockage et en communication fluidique avec le réservoir de stockage au moyen du trou traversant, le lubrificateur comportant un orifice de distribution permettant de transporter le lubrifiant vers l'engrenage de réduction ; et un dispositif de réglage disposé entre le réservoir de stockage et le lubrificateur, le dispositif de réglage étant conçu pour régler automatiquement la quantité de lubrifiant apporté à l'orifice de distribution en fonction de la quantité de lubrifiant présent dans le réservoir de stockage, afin de s'adapter à différents états du réducteur de vitesse. L'utilisation du dispositif de lubrification selon la présente demande permet de régler le lubrifiant en fonction de différentes situations d'utilisation et de la quantité de lubrifiant dans le réservoir de stockage de lubrifiant.
