The invention relates to a method (26) for operating a hearing aid (4), in which, by means of a microphone (8), an overall audio signal (32) is detected. A background signal (38) is determined in the overall audio signal (32). An artificial noise (46) is created depending on the background signal (38) and added to the overall audio signal (32), and the overall audio signal (32) is output by means of an output device (14). Furthermore, the invention relates to a hearing aid (4) and a method (24) for operating a hearing aid system (2).[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé (26) de fonctionnement d'une prothèse auditive (4), dans lequel un signal audio global (32) est détecté au moyen d'un microphone (8).
