Abstract[English] The invention relates to methods of generating a 3D cellular construct with embedded magnetic nanopartide dusters comprising the steps of: - a) providing a first population of cells labelled with magnetic particles and concentrating the cells into a first duster of cells, - b) adding to the duster of cells obtained in a) a second population of cells which are not labelled with magnetic particles, - c) concentrating said second population of cells into a second duster of cells, - d) cultivating the clusters of cell populations obtained in c) in the presence of an applied magnetic field.[French] L'invention concerne des procédés de génération d'une construction cellulaire 3D avec des dépoussiéreurs de nanoparticules magnétiques incorporés, comprenant les étapes suivantes : - a) mise à disposition d'une première population de cellules marquées par des particules magnétiques et concentration des cellules dans une première poussière de cellules, - b) ajout à la poussière de cellules obtenue en a) d'une seconde population de cellules qui ne sont pas marquées par des particules magnétiques, - c) concentration de ladite seconde population de cellules dans une seconde poussière de cellules, - d) culture des amas de populations de cellules obtenus en c) en présence d'un champ magnétique appliqué.
