Abstract[English]
A subassembly of a medicament delivery device configured to expel medicament from a medicament container, the subassembly comprising a housing having a proximal end and a distal end; a tubular plunger rod operatively arranged to, upon activation, act on the medicament container, the tubular plunger rod assumes a pre-tensioned state by a drive spring; an actuator housing comprising at least one holding member arranged to lock the plunger rod in the pre-tensioned state; and a plunger holder having a blocking surface, the plunger holder being operatively configured to move distally from a blocking position in which the at least one holding member abuts against the blocking surface to prevent the at least one holding member from releasing the plunger rod from its pre-tensioned state, to a non-blocking position in which the blocking surface is distant from the position restricting movement of the holding member; wherein the drive spring is at least partly housed in the tubular plunger rod and is operatively connected to the distal end of the housing.[French]
Un sous-ensemble d'un dispositif d'administration de médicament configuré pour expulser un médicament à partir d'un récipient de médicament, le sous-ensemble comprenant un boîtier ayant une extrémité proximale et une extrémité distale ; une tige de piston tubulaire fonctionnellement agencée pour, lors de l'activation, agir sur le récipient de médicament, la tige de piston tubulaire adopte un état pré-tendu par un ressort d'entraînement ; un boîtier d'actionneur comprenant au moins un élément de maintien agencé pour verrouiller la tige de piston dans l'état pré-tendu ; et un support de piston ayant une surface de blocage, le support de piston étant configuré de manière fonctionnelle pour se déplacer de manière distale d'une position de blocage dans laquelle l'au moins un élément de maintien vient en butée contre la surface de blocage pour empêcher l'au moins un élément de maintien de libérer la tige de piston de son état pré-tendu, à une position de non blocage dans laquelle la surface de blocage est distante de la position limitant le mouvement de l'élément de maintien ; le ressort d'entraînement étant au moins partiellement logé dans la tige de piston tubulaire et étant relié de manière fonctionnelle à l'extrémité distale du boîtier.
