Abstract[English]
An annuloplasty device is disclosed comprising first and second support rings having a coiled configuration, the first support ring comprises a first posterior bow and a first anterior portion, the second support ring comprises a second posterior bow and a second anterior portion, the first and second posterior bows are adapted to conform to a posterior aspect of said heart valve, and the first and second anterior portions are adapted to conform to an anterior aspect of said heart valve, the first support ring transitions to the second support ring over a transition section, the transition section is adapted to be arranged at a commissure of the heart valve leaflets, the first posterior bow and the second posterior bow extend in respective first and second coil planes being essentially perpendicular to the central axis.[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'annuloplastie comprenant des premier et second anneaux de support ayant une configuration enroulée, le premier anneau de support comprend un premier arc postérieur et une première partie antérieure, le second anneau de support comprend un second arc postérieur et une seconde partie antérieure, les premier et second arcs postérieurs sont conçus pour se conformer à un aspect postérieur de ladite valve cardiaque, et les première et seconde parties antérieures sont conçues pour se conformer à un aspect antérieur de ladite valve cardiaque, le premier anneau de support passe au second anneau de support sur une section de transition, la section de transition est conçue pour être disposée au niveau d'une commissure des feuillets de valve cardiaque, le premier arc postérieur et le second arc postérieur s'étendent dans des premier et second plans de bobine respectifs étant essentiellement perpendiculaires à l'axe central.
