Abstract[English]
The invention relates to an aqueous composition comprising a first polymer susceptible to photo-crosslinking, a photoinitiator and optionally, a crosslinking agent, and a second polymer not susceptible to photo-crosslinking. The first polymer and the second polymer are miscible when the first polymer is not crosslinked. The mixture comprised of the first polymer and the second polymer undergoes phase separation, separating the first and said second polymer into separate phases, if the first polymer is crosslinked. The invention further relates to a method to generate a hydrogel object, particularly an implant, comprising the steps of providing a composition according the invention, and sequentially illuminating different adjacent portions of the composition with light to provide the hydrogel object. The hydrogel object is similarly an object of the invention.[French]
L'invention se rapporte à une composition aqueuse comprenant un premier polymère sensible à la photoréticulation, un photo-initiateur et éventuellement, un agent de réticulation, et un second polymère non sensible à la photoréticulation. Le premier polymère et le second polymère sont miscibles lorsque le premier polymère n'est pas réticulé. Le mélange constitué du premier polymère et du second polymère subit une séparation de phases, séparant le premier et ledit second polymère en phases séparées, si le premier polymère est réticulé. L'invention se rapporte en outre à un procédé permettant de générer un objet hydrogel, en particulier un implant, comprenant les étapes consistant à fournir une composition selon l'invention, et à éclairer séquentiellement différentes parties adjacentes de la composition avec de la lumière pour fournir l'objet hydrogel.
