Method to recover heat from a drying device for building boards, wherein the drying device comprises a plurality of drying zones, the method comprising: Removing an exhaust vapour mixture from at least one of the drying zones Transferring the exhaust vapour mixture with a temperature of 50°C to 200°C to a heat recovery column (1 ) Passing water and the exhaust vapour mixture through internals (6) of the heat recovery column (1) in a non-co-current flow, wherein the internals (6) are defined in terms of two or more theoretical stages.[French]
Le procédé de récupération de chaleur à partir d'un dispositif de séchage pour des panneaux de construction, lequel dispositif de séchage comprend une pluralité de zones de séchage, le procédé comprenant : L'élimination d'un mélange de vapeur d'échappement d'au moins une des zones de séchage transférant le mélange de vapeur d'échappement à une température de 50 °C à 200 °C vers une colonne de récupération de chaleur (1) faisant passer l'eau et le mélange de vapeur d'échappement à travers des éléments internes (6) de la colonne de récupération de chaleur (1) dans un flux sans co-courant, les éléments internes (6) étant définis en termes d'au moins deux étages théoriques.
