L'objet de la présente invention concerne une machine et le processus de traitement en cycle continu concernant des poires, qui comprend des mécanismes d'alimentation et de distribution, de logement et de maintien, d'alignement et d'expulsion, d'énucléation de l'endocarpe et de pelage des poires, qu’elles soient de forme ou de longueur variable, lesdits mécanismes étant synchronisés et formant un ou plusieurs postes de traitement alignés et intégrés.
