Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a curable two-step and two-part adhesive composition comprising a first part comprising: at least one (meth)acrylate monomer comprising OH-group; an urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer; a rubber; an adhesion promoter; and a radical initiator; and a second part comprising: at least one (meth)acrylate monomer comprising OH-group, which can be same or different than the at least one (meth)acrylate monomer comprising OH-group in the first part; a nitrile butadiene rubber; and a reducing agent. The composition can be used as a structural adhesive, for example in speaker magnet bonding, e-motor structural bonding and metal component bonding.[French]
La présente invention concerne une composition adhésive en deux parties et à deux étapes et durcissable comprenant une première partie comprenant : au moins un monomère (méth)acrylate comprenant un groupe OH ; un oligomère uréthane (méth)acrylate ; un caoutchouc ; un promoteur d'adhérence ; et un amorceur radicalaire ; et une seconde partie comprenant : au moins un monomère (méth)acrylate comprenant un groupe OH, qui peut être identique ou différent du ou des monomères (méth)acrylate comprenant un groupe OH dans la première partie ; un caoutchouc nitrile-butadiène ; et un agent réducteur.
