Method and system to analyze biomasses in a bioreactor (3) via a computer (2) with a system software (5), the bioreactor (3) having at least one sensor (6) to measure the biomasses and which has a data connection to the computer (2) managed by a data interface provided by the system software (5), wherein the system software (5) provides a data conversion model (8) to analyze real time raw data about permittivity measured by and transmitted from the at least one sensor (6) to the computer (2) to calculate specific cell parameters of cells in the biomasses.[French]
Procédé et système d'analyse des biomasses dans un bioréacteur (3) via un ordinateur (2) avec un logiciel système (5), le bioréacteur (3) possédant au moins un capteur (6) pour mesurer les biomasses et disposant d'une connexion de données à l'ordinateur (2) gérée par une interface de données fournie par le logiciel système (5), le logiciel système (5) fournit un modèle de conversion de données (8) pour analyser les données brutes en temps réel concernant la permittivité mesurée par et transmise par l'au moins un capteur (6) à l'ordinateur (2) pour calculer les paramètres cellulaires spécifiques des cellules dans les biomasses.
